Sally Horn is a Bio-Ex (Bio-cellular Medicine) practitioner and tutor. Her life-long dedication to the welfare of others and commitment to the study of the cause of disease has led her to practice this cutting-edge therapy. Bio-Ex has a  high success rate as it deals with the root cause of most modern health problems – an overload of toxins such as metals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and radiation, often coupled with infestations of parasites and fungi.

Sally has been a resident of the Costa Blanca, Spain since 1989. She is qualified in several complementary therapies including Clinical Nutrition and Homeopathy and runs a busy Bio-Ex Therapy clinic.

In addition, Sally is very passionate about the practices of Yoga and meditation which she has been teaching since 1992. She spent two years from '94 -'97 living and working in Southern India where she furthered her training in Yoga teaching, studied the ancient language of Sanskrit and became proficient in the subject of Hindu Philosophy which includes the Hindu Gods, sacred texts and ancient Mantras. Her classes are informative, inspirational and uplifting.

Together with her partner Kenny Pask, a spiritual teacher and psychic, she offers Bed and Breakfast accomodation from a cottage adjacent to her home, runs yearly "retreats" and heads 'Ananda Spiritual Tours' with trips to India & Sri Lanka,  South-East Asia and the Middle East.
